Paul Adams

Paul has extensive experience as an investment banker, c-suite executive and institutional asset manager. In a 20+ year investment banking career, most recently as Head of Morgan Stanley Health Care Service Investment Banking, Paul has completed over $100 billion in merger & acquisition transactions and over $22 billion in financings. Paul was VP of Marketing & Strategy for Cenegenics, a leading global executive health company and a Managing Director at Visium, a health care specialty asset manager.

 

At the University of Illinois at Chicago, Paul lectures part-time in Mergers & Acquisitions and is on the Dean’s Business Advisory Council where he works to broaden career opportunities for students. As a mentor at the University of Chicago Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship, Paul has advised four start-up companies. Paul is also on the Advisory Board of Lake Point Senior Living and is a University of Chicago MBA and a CPA.
